Terms of Business

The SOW outlines the terms between All Star Reserves Ltd and the Client, establishing that each Statement of Work forms a separate contract. The contract remains in effect until all deliverables are completed, unless terminated earlier by either party with immediate effect. The Company invoices monthly in advance, with payments due within 30 days. Fees exclude VAT and may be reviewed annually or at the end of the term.

The Client is restricted from directly engaging the Consultant or introducing them to third parties for similar services during the contract or within six months of its completion. Breaches of these restrictions result in a fee equal to 30% of the Consultant’s remuneration. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all personal and commercial information related to the contract. The agreement becomes binding once the Client provides written acceptance of the Statement of Work.
